Therefore, Canada can be known as the dream study paradise of millions of people around the world.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-medium wp-image-8627 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/etest.edu.vn\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/08\/c1-0628-canada-jpg-553x400.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"553\" height=\"400\" srcset=\"https:\/\/etest.edu.vn\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/08\/c1-0628-canada-jpg-553x400.jpg 553w, https:\/\/etest.edu.vn\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/08\/c1-0628-canada-jpg.jpg 563w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 553px) 100vw, 553px\" \/><\/p>\n<h2><b>Study in Canada through the SDS study abroad program<\/b><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Student Direct Stream (SDS) is an expedited study permit processing program for those applying to study in Canada at a recognized Canadian university. <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.canada.ca\/en\/immigration-refugees-citizenship\/corporate\/publications-manuals\/operational-bulletins-manuals\/temporary-residents\/study-permits\/designated-learning-institutions.html\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Postsecondary designation (DLI)<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, also known as universities that are authorized to accept international students. SDS is available to legal residents of the following countries:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">China<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">India<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Morocco<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Pakistan<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Philippines<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Senegal<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Vietnam<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">To be eligible for Canada SDS study, applicants must meet specific requirements by providing prior documentation (information can be found below).<\/span><\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-medium wp-image-8632 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/etest.edu.vn\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/08\/SDS-Canada-338x400.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"338\" height=\"400\" srcset=\"https:\/\/etest.edu.vn\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/08\/SDS-Canada-338x400.jpg 338w, https:\/\/etest.edu.vn\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/08\/SDS-Canada-768x909.jpg 768w, https:\/\/etest.edu.vn\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/08\/SDS-Canada-676x800.jpg 676w, https:\/\/etest.edu.vn\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/08\/SDS-Canada.jpg 865w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 338px) 100vw, 338px\" \/><\/p>\n<h2><b>All about studying in Canada SDS<\/b><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Some international students may be able to get a Canadian study visa faster by using the Canada SDS study program. IRCC (Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada) processes most SDS study applications within 20 business days if the applicant meets all SDS program requirements.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Only electronically submitted student applications are eligible for SDS processing. All paper applications are processed according to the regular Canadian student application process and will be subject to associated administrative processing times.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Foreign nationals who have met the eligibility requirements for SDS processing must still comply with all other procedural requirements under the Immigration and Refugee Protection Act (IRPA) and the Immigration and Refugee Protection Regulations (IRPR).<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><b>SDS Program Standards<\/b><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Applicants must include the following documents to be eligible for SDS processing:<\/span><\/p>\n<p>1. Evidence of a valid language test result, completed within 2 years of the date the SDS application is received, demonstrating one of the following:<br \/>\ni. IELTS score (in English) of 6.0 or higher for each language skill: listening, reading, writing and speaking<br \/>\nii. a TEF score (in French) equivalent to a Canadian Language Benchmark (CLB) score of at least 7 in each ability: speaking at least 310, listening 249, reading 207 and writing 310<\/p>\n<p>2. Proof of a Guaranteed Investment Certificate (GIC) of CAN$10,000 or more from any bank insured by the Canada Deposit Insurance Corporation (CDIC) or any bank listed on the IRCC SDS website<br \/>\nGIC must meet the following criteria:<br \/>\ni. Once the GIC has been purchased, the bank provides a confirmation letter, GIC certificate, Investment Instruction Confirmation or Investment Balance Confirmation to the applicant.<br \/>\nii. The bank holds the funds in an investment or student account and is not accessible for release to the applicant until the applicant arrives in Canada.<br \/>\niii. Upon entry into Canada, the bank must verify the customer&#039;s identity before disbursing funds to the study permit holder.<br \/>\niv. Applicants receive an initial disbursement upon identification, and the remaining amount is disbursed monthly or bi-monthly over a period of 10 to 12 months.<\/p>\n<p>3. Proof of full payment of tuition fees for the applicant&#039;s first year of study<br \/>\nThis could be in the following form:<br \/>\ni. receipt from DLI<br \/>\nii. Official letter from DLI confirming tuition payment<br \/>\niii. Bank receipt showing tuition fees have been paid to DLI<br \/>\niv. proof that the tuition amount has been deposited into an account held at DLI for payment of tuition at a later date<br \/>\nv. Letter of acceptance from a post-secondary DLI<\/p>\n<p>4. Most recent high school or post-secondary transcript<\/p>\n<p>5. Proof of completion of medical examination by a qualified physician for the applicant<br \/>\ni. people who have lived or travelled for 6 months in the designated countries or territories in the year before coming to Canada<br \/>\nii. Fields of study that require prior medical examination results<\/p>\n<p>Note: The medical examination confirmation may be a printed information sheet, if the physician uses eMedical or the Prepaid Medical Report form [IMM 1017B].<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">In addition to the above criteria, applicants for SDS processing must include the following documents as part of their electronic application (e-application):<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Application for Study Permit (if foreign student)<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Family information form (if applicable)<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Appendix 1 \u2013 Application for Temporary Visa (if any)<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Marriage certificate or certificate or Statutory Declaration of Common-Law Union (if applicable)<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Use the Representative form [ (if available)<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">A Quebec Acceptance Certificate (CAQ) or letter of approval from the Ministry of Immigration, de la Diversit\u00e9 et de l&#039;Inclusion (MIDI) for a CAQ for applicants to Quebec.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Pay the application processing fee and pay the biometric processing fee (if applicable)<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Proof of Identity (ID)<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Copy of the applicant&#039;s passport information and biographical data page<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Any additional documents as directed by the visa office for the applicant&#039;s region<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-medium wp-image-8629 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/etest.edu.vn\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/08\/Fotolia_44110067_Subscription_Monthly_M-602x400.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"602\" height=\"400\" srcset=\"https:\/\/etest.edu.vn\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/08\/Fotolia_44110067_Subscription_Monthly_M-602x400.jpg 602w, https:\/\/etest.edu.vn\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/08\/Fotolia_44110067_Subscription_Monthly_M-768x510.jpg 768w, https:\/\/etest.edu.vn\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/08\/Fotolia_44110067_Subscription_Monthly_M-1204x800.jpg 1204w, https:\/\/etest.edu.vn\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/08\/Fotolia_44110067_Subscription_Monthly_M.jpg 1691w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 602px) 100vw, 602px\" \/><\/p>\n<p><b>Note: <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">In most cases, applicants are required to submit biometrics.
