1. JOB DESCRIPTIONC

  • Consulting and introducing to customers about ETEST courses: IELTS, SAT, TOEFL, AMP, AP, GED, SSAT, ISEE, IB….
  • Implement effective class opening work.
  • Track and care for current and new student registrations
  • Arrange and organize the placement test process.
  • Receive and guide registration procedures for international standardized exams IELTS, SAT, TOEFL,
  • Participate in events and seminars at the Center or high schools for admissions consulting.
  • Coordinate with the Admissions Manager to manage the Admissions Team to achieve individual and departmental KPIs.
  • Support or directly resolve cases where parents or students encounter difficulties during their studies.
  • Inform students and parents about extracurricular activities, seminars and study abroad information to attract new students and take care of current students.
  • Coordinate with department heads to find optimal solutions to increase Team revenue.

      2. REQUIREMENTS:

  • Age from 22 to 32.
  • Graduated: University/ College.
  • Foreign language proficiency: Good English listening and speaking is an advantage.
  • Love communicating, convincing customers and working in the education field.
  • Good language and communication skills, persuasive and dedicated to work.
  • Have skills and experience in communicating with customers in person and over the phone
  • Elegant appearance.

      4. SALARY & WORKING HOURS

  • Income when reaching 100% KPI: 15 - 30 million VND
  • Fixed salary: 7.5 - 8.5 million VND
  • Fixed salary regardless of sales
  • Work in shifts. Morning shift: 8am-5pm, Afternoon shift: 1pm-8pm (1 day off per week)
