ETEST ELITE AWARDS CEREMONY 2019: THE JOURNEY TO SPREAD INFLUENCE

Recently, ETEST Study Abroad English Center held a Ceremony to Honor and Award students who received scholarships to study abroad at universities around the world with the participation of more than 200 parents and students.

ETEST ELITE is held to honor outstanding students who receive scholarships to study abroad at the university level and achieve high results in standardized English exams IELTS, TOEFL and SAT.  

With over 4 years of operation, always putting expertise and dedication first, ETEST English Study Abroad Center is always proud to be a companion bringing generations of students to the door of the world. 219 students received scholarships up to 100% from top universities in the US with a total value of up to 2000 billion VND, which is the result of the continuous efforts of teachers and students. They are Nguyen Khoa Thien An (received 14 scholarships worth 28 billion VND from Top 100 US Universities); Pham Nguyen Hoang Long (85% scholarship from Case Western Reserve University, #42 US); Tran Hanh Song May (98% scholarship from Fordham University, #70 US); Pham Hoang Boi (40,000$ scholarship from Minnesota University, #76 US); Nguyen Anh Duc (Georgia Tech, #35 USA)…

At the beginning of the program, Ms. Nguyen Phuong Hoang Lam - General Director of ETEST English Study Abroad Center could not hide her pride and happiness for the achievements of her students. She shared a few words with her students: “When coming to ETEST, the students were still like a blank sheet of paper, many of them just wanted to find a scholarship to study abroad but did not know their own abilities and dreams. Then after 1 year, 2 years, the students gradually learned to listen to themselves to understand what they wanted and what they needed to do to achieve their ambitions. I, along with the team of teachers, as well as the parents, were always by their side, following each step of progress, seeing the daily changes in their English skills as well as their awareness and thinking... So I am really happy for the students and proud of them.”

Attending the ceremony, Le Vo Nguyet Ha, who received a scholarship thanks to her excellent essay and is currently studying International Law at American University, also inspired the younger generation. Ha shared that ETEST has sharpened her thinking and helped her steadfastly pursue her dreams, practice living responsibly for herself, her family and the community. After studying at ETEST, Ha realized that she is luckier than many other lives in society. That luck is a valuable gift and the recipient has a great responsibility: to know how to protect and speak up for less fortunate fates or injustices happening around.
