Register for the SAT by mail

To register for the SAT by mail, you need to carefully read the criteria in the SAT Bulletin. Accordingly, only 3 categories are allowed to register in this form, specifically:

• Payment by check or money order, payable to “The College Board.”
• Candidates under 13 years old.
• Candidates want to request the College Board to open a testing center in the city or region where they live.

If you have determined that you belong to one of the 3 cases above, then follow these steps:

• Download SAT registration instructions from the website collegeboard.org.
• Fill in the required information in the exam registration form.

• Submit your SAT registration form and test prep at least 1 month before the registration deadline.

Some regulations when changing SAT test date and location

Candidates can only change their test date or centre before the 4th day within 2.5 weeks before the test date and there will be a fee to do this.
